Sermon Response

If you heard Sunday’s sermon and find yourself wanting to take a next step towards caring for those who find themselves in an unplanned pregnancy or you yourself are seeking care we want to make sure you are connected with these three resources that our church offers.

1. Counseling - It is our hope that God would use our church to be a safe place for those hurting to feel known and cared for. If the sermon stirred anything in you that you would like to discuss with our staff or deacons we would love to have the opportunity to do that. You can fill out this form and we will reach out to set up a time. In addition, our Austin Stone Counseling Center provides professional counseling from a gospel-centered perspective that is always available to you here.

2. Austin Life Care - This organization has been serving the Austin area for over 30 years with the goal of meeting the needs of women, men and their families, who are facing an unplanned pregnancy. All services are provided free of charge. Please consider giving here to support these services continuing to be avaialble for those in need.

3. Sanctity of Life Seminar - Learn how to start a conversation with someone who is pro-choice and keep it productive. Come to Justice for All’s seminar, “Abortion: From Debate to Dialogue” on Saturday, February 3 from 9am–3pm at The For The City Center. For more information and to register, click here.

For The Nations: Next Steps

We desire for each person in our church to actively participate in what God is doing to redeem a people for Himself from every tribe, language, tongue, and nation.

Here are five steps you can take toward that goal:

  1. Go on a short-term trip
  2. Join a Goer Missional Community
  3. Provide Tangible Needs for Visiting Goers
  4. Pray
  5. Give
