The challenges that come with being a new mom aren’t meant to be faced alone. New Moms: Foundations is a seven-week class where new moms with newborn to six month old babies can connect with other new moms and mentors. This class exists to equip and encourage first time moms with how the gospel and biblical truths remain our foundation for this season and learn how we can pass on a Christ-centered legacy to our children.
We will discuss topics such as identity, the calling of motherhood, boundaries, marriage and community. Join us as we get to know each other and seek God’s guidance for this new phase of life. $35 fee for class materials.

Whether couples rate their marriages as 2s or 10s, Re-Engage is a safe place for couples to reconnect. Couples from across the spectrum are never alone and engage with one another in this ministry through:
Large group: An opportunity for all couples in all phases of the ministry to worship, pray, and learn together. During this time, you will hear couples publicly share their marriage story and leaders teach principles for marriage growth.
Small group: Couples will then move into a Small Group setting to process marriage topics and apply the lessons each week.

The Women’s Workshop exists to foster a deep love for the Bible, and biblical literacy among the women of The Austin Stone Community Church. This September 13-14 we’ll gather together to see what the Bible has to say about wisdom. Where does it come from? How do we get it? Why should we care? And what does wisdom have to do with Jesus? The workshop will include hands-on teaching by Jen Wilkin with specific focus on understanding the Proverbs. Interactive small-group work, lots of Q&A, and worship are also integral components of the workshop.

Losing a loved one to death—whether a child, spouse, parent, grandparent, sibling or close friend—will shake and test the commitments of our hearts and the foundations of what believe. We would love to walk alongside you in this 8 week group as you journey with God through the heartache, the doubts, and the questions that come with bereavement.
