Next steps

As you continue to read, pray, and fast would you consider taking a next step? We have four primary ways for you to get involved – you can go on a short-term trip, financially support Goers, join a Disciple Making Intensive, or care for Goers by joining an Advocacy Team.

Give

The generosity of our senders enables the fruit of our Goers, and senders participate alongside our Goers with mutual joy. Join us in engaging the nations through generosity, either with a one-time gift or ongoing monthly support to our Goers.

join an advocacy team or serve goers on home assignment

Advocacy Teams are groups of 6-12 people that partner in the work of catalyzing a church planting movement in 100 unreached people groups by supporting Goers sent by The Austin Stone to ensure they are thriving and staying on task.

Since our goers have sold everything they have to move overseas, they are in need of homes and cars during their stateside visits. Stateside time varies in length from one week to 2 months on average. Serve our goers by providing housing or vehicles.

short-term trips

We desire that every person at The Austin Stone go on a short-term trip at least once. If you have never done this, it may be the year for you! Short-term trips play a significant role in our spiritual formation, and are strategic for long-term kingdom impact. On these trips, we serve alongside long-term workers who are making disciples and planting churches. Trips are generally seven to ten days in the winter and summer months to countries like Europe, the Caribbean, the Middle East, South Asia, and more.
