Whether concerts, conferences, or marathons, it seems like there's always something going on in Austin. On weekends when events are taking place in Downtown Austin, be sure to leave your homes with plenty of extra time to account for traffic.
Below are ways to show how to access Austin High School for the morning services.
Need-to-Know
- If you plan to arrive BEFORE 8am, please park at the Zilker surface lot and access Austin High School using the pedestrian bridge under Mopac.
- For arrival AFTER 8am, access northbound or southbound via Lamar the one-way lane on Cesar Chavez to Austin High School.
- To AVOID it all, park at the Zilker surface lot, or attend the 11am service.
Mopac via Lamar
Available after 8am
- Exit Mpoac via Lake Austin Boulevard (southbound) or West 5th Street (northbound).
- Turn onto West 5th Street.
- Turn right on North Lamar Boulevard.
- Turn right onto Cesar Chavez, and follow the one-way lane to access the East Lot of Austin High School.
I-35 via Lamar
Available after 8am
- Exit I-35, and navigate to Lamar before the Cesar Chavez exit.
- Exit Lamar via B.R. Reynolds Drive (southbound) or Sandra Muraida Way (northbound).
- Turn right onto Cesar Chavez, and follow the one-way lane to access the East Lot of Austin High School.
Zilker Parking
- Park at the Zilker surface lot under the Mopac Bridge, and walk across Roberta Crenshaw Pedestrian Bridge to access Austin High School.
