Discussion Guide

Hebrews 10:19-25

  1. Read Hebrews 10:19–22. Discuss what you think Hebrews 10:22 means and what it looks like to put this exhortation into practice.
  2. At every moment, you have access to enter where the high priests of the old covenant could enter only once a year. Do not take this for granted. Draw near. As a group, use Psalm 27:4 to guide your thoughts and prayers for a few minutes as you put into practice the exhortation.
  3. Read Hebrews 10:23–25. What does it mean to hold fast to the confession of our hope mentioned in verse 23?
  4. Who are the specific people you are putting Hebrews 10:24 into practice with? How have you stirred them up recently?
  5. Spend a few moments encouraging each person present where you have seen evidence of God’s grace in their life, and stir up one another to more love and good works!
