Scott and Chelsea Frazier welcomed their daughter, Davy, into the world on August 3, 2014. While other parents were taking their new babies home, the Fraziers watched as doctors and nurses strapped heart monitors, a breathing machine and IV tubes onto Davy's tiny body.
