Few things are more comforting and powerful than a shared table. It’s how we experience provision, enjoy others, and shape our collective memory.
It’s where we experience our heritage, and learn to long for our inheritance. It’s where we are reminded we are not alone. It’s where we learn that what was passed down to us must be passed on.
Women’s Retreat is a weekend away for connection, refreshment, and remembering together the invaluable heritage we have as His daughters. You are invited to join us March 7-9 for Women’s Retreat 2025: Heritage—there is a seat at the table for you.

Ticket prices will increase on February 24. See registration form for details.
Refunds are available through end-of-day February 7. Ticket changes are available through end-of-day February 23 (pending availability). If you need to request a refund, transfer or gift your ticket, or change your ticket type, let us know here.
Overnight tickets (Bunkhouse and Semi-Private) include all lodging and meals (starting at Saturday breakfast). Semi-Private rooms also come with linens. Day Pass tickets do not include lodging but cover lunch, dinner, and snacks on Saturday. All tickets include a pre-retreat guide, the main teaching sessions during camp (Day Passes miss Friday and Sunday sessions), and a breakout session of your choice. You also get access to all the free-time activities and some fun swag to help you make the most of the weekend! (T-shirts are sold separately.)
Please complete the scholarship application if you’d like to request a scholarship to join us for just Saturday (Day Pass) or to stay overnight (in a Bunkhouse). We do not offer scholarships for Semi-Private overnight tickets so we can provide financial assistance to as many women as possible.
Upon completion of the scholarship application, you’ll be notified of the scholarship amount available to you and given a discount code with which to register. Please do not register before applying for the scholarship you’d like to request.
A two-part payment plan (initial and second payment) is available for all three ticket types. The initial payment (half the ticket price) is due upon registering. The second payment is due on February 14. You’ll receive a reminder email and form to submit that payment. Tickets purchased after February 2 will not be eligible for the payment plan.
We plan to film as many of the main sessions as possible! However, due to technology limitations at Camp Tejas and the structure of the Friday and Sunday sessions, we can’t guarantee that all the teaching content will translate well to that medium and be made available. Our primary goal is to create a weekend experience for women that offers excellent teaching while emphasizing relationships with one another. So, we encourage you to join us in person if possible!
The free time on Saturday can be whatever you need it to be! Need to truly retreat and spend time away from others and with Jesus? We’ll have designated quiet spaces like a chapel and mini spa to help you relax. Want to find refreshment through play? You’ll have access to all the fun things at Camp Tejas, like a ropes course, a giant swing, and activities we plan just for you! These activities include a bunco game, easy crafts you can do anywhere, fireside chats with conversation starters, an early-morning workout for early risers, and our famous late-night silent disco. You can fill your time with as much or as little activity as you like—it’s your retreat!
You’re welcome to bring your infant to the retreat! If you’d like to stay overnight, you’ll need to register for a Semi-Private room (not a Bunkhouse) and communicate to your preferred roommates beforehand so everyone in your room knows the baby bunkmate.
If you come with a Day Pass, you’ll still have access to a room for nursing/pumping moms and a refrigerator to store breast milk if necessary.
Young women (high school seniors, at least 17 years old) are welcome to attend Women’s Retreat with their mom! It’s important to note we won't be modifying or limiting adult discussion in a way that caters explicitly to teens or younger women, so moms need to be willing and available to help daughters navigate the teaching and discussion based on their maturity level.
