As part of the College Team at The Austin Stone Community Church, the College Resident will be responsible for connecting students to Jesus, His church, and His mission.

Upon acceptance to the College Residency, the College Director will help discern a unique role according to the needs of the ministry and the giftings of the resident. This ensures that we have a balanced team and provide coverage over the necessary responsibilities for the ministry. This gives each resident a specific role each year to develop in.
