Production Resident

Summary

As part of the Creative Team at The Austin Stone Community Church, the Production Resident will serve alongside other production and worship staff to develop both hard and soft skills necessary to support a church through production. With a high value for excellent worship environments, the Production Resident will help champion that vision through the implementation of their day-to-day functions. The Production Resident will report to the Production Director

Essential Responsibilities

• Grow in Production disciplines through side by side training, online courses and on the job development.
• Facilitate Worship & Production events through booking, scheduling and implementation.
• Assist the Production Team with purchasing, selling, and repairs of production equipment.
• Support Sunday related Production needs as an auxiliary team member.
• Work alongside the Associate Production Team Manager in the implementation of processes and systems with the context of the Production Team.
• Attend all required events and activities for The Austin Stone and Creative Ministries Department, including staff meetings, prayer meetings, special events, retreats, and staff development days.
